SCHOOL SUPPORT
When your child needs support
The Bloom Academy support team helps parents focus on their child’s needs, find the right specialist and agree on the next steps.
Safety
Spotting needs early and communicating confidentially.
Cooperation
Child, parent, teacher and specialist find the way forward together.
Next steps
Every form of support has a clear goal and a clear plan.
Support team: no one is left alone
Modern education is not only about passing on knowledge but also about creating a safe, inclusive environment where every child can grow at their own pace. Our support team combines professional care with a human approach and works closely with teachers and families. Every child is unique, so support is tailored to their individual needs.
School psychologist
Mgr. Simona Horaničová, PhD.
As our school psychologist, she offers pupils, parents and teachers a safe space for consultation, support in difficult personal or learning situations, and personal development. She helps children understand their emotions, cope with stress and build healthy relationships, and plays a key role in prevention and a positive classroom climate.

Develops phonemic awareness and early reading skills through games and visual diagrams, helping children hear and process the sounds in words.
02 Sindelar method
Identifies and strengthens weaker sub-skills (visual and auditory perception, attention, memory), laying better foundations for learning.
03 INPP programme and bilateral integration
Special exercises that support neurological development and maturity, balance, body coordination and better communication between both sides of the brain.
04 ROPRATEM
Helps children who work more slowly (though they understand well) to work more efficiently, accurately and confidently.
05 Mirabilis programme
Supports inclusion, social skills, empathy and respectful relationships within the class.
Teaching assistants
Mgr. Michaela Štefková, Mgr. Natália Klotzmannová, MBA
Teaching assistants support pupils during lessons, help them overcome barriers to learning and settle in smoothly. In the classroom, they are a bridge between teacher and pupil, giving individual help and making sure every child can take part.
Careers adviser
Mgr. Simona Horaničová, PhD.
She guides pupils in Grades 8 and 9 in choosing their next school and career path – helping them discover their strengths, explore secondary school options and make an informed decision.

The safety and wellbeing of every pupil is our top priority. Our rules, contacts and procedures follow the school’s official documents, which set out clear steps for early intervention, resolving conflicts and prevention. We work with class teachers, parents and the school psychologist to address any sign of bullying or harmful behaviour quickly and sensitively, and to restore a safe, respectful atmosphere in the class.
